Ready for your next step?
Looking to start or grow a career in HR? Enjoy helping people, solving problems and getting the details right? You could be a great fit for our People team at OrderYOYO.
We help restaurants succeed online through their own branded apps, websites and personalised marketing. As our business continues to grow across multiple markets, we’re looking for an HR Executive to be the first point of contact for our people.
You don’t need a CIPD qualification or previous HR experience. If you have a background in hospitality, customer service, administration or another people-focused role, and a genuine interest in HR, we’d love to hear from you.
What does the role involve?
You’ll support employees across all of our markets, making sure their questions are answered and their time with us runs smoothly from start to finish.
Be the first point of contact for employee queries on payroll, policies, holidays, expenses, and maternity and paternity leave, managed through our ticketing system.
Resolve queries yourself or work with other departments to find the right answer.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including probation reviews and other sensitive conversations.
Act as the first point of contact on employee relations matters, including disciplinary conversations and, where needed, terminations.
Issue employment contracts and addendums, such as salary increases and title changes.
Carry out right-to-work checks and visa validation, working closely with our Talent team.
Build your knowledge of employment law across the markets we operate in.
Look after general office management, from keeping the office well maintained to the weekly grocery shop.
You’ll receive training and ongoing support to help you build your HR knowledge, understand employment law across our markets and grow into the role.
You could be a great fit if you...
Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting things right.
Handle private and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Feel confident having difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Think on your feet and enjoy solving problems.
Aren’t afraid to ask questions when you’re unsure.
Are curious about employment law and keen to learn how it works in different countries.
Have a genuine interest in HR and want to build a career in it.
No previous HR experience or CIPD qualification is required. We’re looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the motivation to succeed.
