We help restaurants succeed online through their own branded apps, websites and personalised marketing. As our business continues to grow, we're building a new team dedicated to supporting and growing relationships with our most valuable restaurant partners.

You don't need to have worked in Account Management before. If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales or another people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.

What does the role involve?

You'll work with existing restaurant partners, helping them make the most of our products and grow their online business.

• Build relationships with restaurant owners and become their main point of contact.

• Check in with partners regularly, understand their needs and help resolve challenges.

• Help restaurants increase orders and improve their online performance.

• Identify opportunities to introduce useful products and services.

• Use our CRM and performance data to understand how accounts are doing.

• Spot opportunities to grow accounts and improve customer retention.

• Work with colleagues across Sales, Onboarding and Support to give partners a great experience.

• Work towards clear goals around customer satisfaction, retention, growth and product adoption.

You'll receive training and ongoing support to help you learn our products, develop your commercial skills and grow into the role.

No previous recruitment or Account Management experience is required — we're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the motivation to succeed.
