connections? Appsmart is looking for a motivated and people-focused Migration Associate to

support our existing restaurant partners as they transition to our latest platform.

The Role: Migration Associate

This hybrid role focuses on supporting existing restaurant partners as they transition to our

newest online ordering platform. You’ll ensure a smooth migration process while proactively

helping partners understand and adopt the upgraded tools and features.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to restaurant partners, ensuring that they are upgraded to the

latest platform offering

• Educate and inform our existing partners on the benefits of our newest online ordering

platform

• Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure they adopt and make the most

of the new platform

• Work to onboarding timelines while balancing empathy, problem-solving, and

communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure restaurant partners are successfully

migrated

• Refer the relevant team or department to deal with various partner queries

• Offer guidance and improvements to help restaurants grow their online presence

• Work with other commercial departments to support our partners

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, flexible shifts: 9am–5.30pm, 9:30am–6:00pm, or 10am–6.30pm
