About the Role
Here’s a brief look at what you’ll do:

• Sales Training: You will lead the delivery of comprehensive and engaging sales training for our field BDMs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

• Individual Coaching: Provide personal coaching and mentoring, giving tailored feedback and support so your team members can reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.

• On-site Support: Spend 4 days a week with our Sales Managers in the field, providing hands-on assistance, observing customer interactions, and giving real-time feedback to boost sales effectiveness.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement region-specific sales strategies that align with overall business goals and maximize sales performance.

• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track individual and team progress and identify strengths and areas for improvement.

• Training Material Development: Collaborate with the L&D Manager to create and enhance training materials, resources, and tools, keeping them up-to-date with evolving sales requirements.
